Q:  Will you be listing my house on the MLS or actually buying it?
A: We love this question because it goes to the heart of what we do. We are not real estate sales agents who are looking to snag a listing. Q:  Do you pay fair prices for properties?

Q:  How do you determine the price to offer on my house?
A: How we buy houses is very straightforward. We have to look at the location, the current condition, the repairs that are needed, and the values of other houses that have sold in your neighborhood. Our team is great at finding all this information really fast. So after you call us, we start working hard on getting you a great offer that will help you in your specific situation.

Q:  Are there any fees or commissions to work with you?
A: No. We do not charge fees or commissions.
